As of October 2026. This policy explains which personal data we process on this website. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The German version prevails.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. Fonts are served locally from our own server.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date/time and the page visited in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. This may involve processing outside Switzerland; Cloudflare relies on recognised safeguards for this (incl. standard contractual clauses).

Contact form

When you use the contact form, your details (name, email, optionally phone, company, topic, message) are forwarded to our email address via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies. Processing outside Switzerland may also occur here.

Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn

If you contact us by email, we process your details to reply. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn lead to services of Meta and LinkedIn respectively; their privacy policies apply only once you click.

Your rights

You can request information about the data we hold about you at any time, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Just write to info@novakconsulting-scm.ch.
